Early in their thinking about a new website, The Voter Network asked me for a few possible directions for the homepage header. These mockups are that exploration.
Every version works from the same content, a Kansas voter registration message and one clear button, so the differences come down to tone. Two stay light and friendly on the sky blue, with portraits set in the brand's yellow circle. Two move to the deep navy with a subtle star pattern, one with a cutout group photo outlined in the brand colors and one with a Kansas sunflower field.
